Hello and welcome to RGLC INC. I'm Dmitriy Glozman, the proud owner and founder of our remodeling and construction company. I want to take a moment to personally introduce myself and share with you the passion and dedication that drives our business.

I am a licensed general contractor in CA. I am also an SDSU alumni with BS degree and MS degree in Engineering. I've spent 17 years working as an engineer in US Navy and private industry, until I found a new goal and passion in my life in construction.

Igor Glozman, has 30 years experience in construction. He holds BS degree in Civil Engineering and he is also a licenced general contractor. He is a founder and the owner of the company DEU Construction & Remodeling.
